He is a project management and youth agri-preneurship expert with 8 years of progressive working experience in rural community development projects’ design and implementation in agriculture and livestock especially targeting youth. His is on senior management position since last 4.5 years at RYAF. He manage a program which bring together all projects with smallholder farmers especially targeting youth intervention including Rwanda Dairy Development Project (RDDP), Sustainable Agriculture Intensification and Food Security Project, Kayonza Irrigation and Integrated Watershed Management Project (KIIWP), Rural Youth Employment Support Project (R-YES). He is in charge of stakeholders relation management as well other key role promoting institutional operation & visibility. He has about 4 years of experience in working with Non governmental organization. He has diverse skills in project management, effective communication and presentation skills, budgeting, riks management, training, data collection & analysis, as well as digital literacy. He hold Bachelors Degree in Agriculture (Crop production & Horticulture) and he is completing his Masters Degree in MBA Project Management from University of Kigali.
