Rwanda Youth in Agribusiness Forum (RYAF) and Centre D’etude Et De Cooperation Internationale (CECI), on January 18, 2024 signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) focusing on promoting gender mainstreaming among youth in agribusiness, women's economic empowerment, and joint initiatives to tackle climate change through diverse approaches, including the Agro-ecological.

The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is to establish a collaborative relationship between CECI and RYAF, aligning with the mission goals of both organizations.

For the implementation of this MoU, both parties agree to cooperate on capacity building initiatives focus on agricultural practices related to environmental sustainability and climate change adaptation and resilience, emphasizing agroecological approaches (Agro-ecological business model). Engage in joint efforts to promote gender and equality, women's economic empowerment, advocacy, and research, collaboratively mobilize resources to implement programs falling within the purview of both organizations' mandates.

This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) takes effect on the date of its signing by both parties and has an initial duration of 3 years, with the possibility of renewal.
